Fox Vision Studio
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions governing the photographic services provided by Fox Vision Studio, including in particular:

Photography In Technical Environments

Professional Immersive Photography

Corporate And Institutional Photography
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 — Order
Each service is subject to:

A Quotation

Or Written Confirmation (Including Email)
The order is considered firm and binding once the quotation has been approved by the client.
Fox Vision Studio reserves the right to refuse any service that is incompatible with technical, regulatory, or safety constraints.
Article 3 — Pricing
Prices are stated in euros.
Depending on the photographer’s tax status:
VAT not applicable — Article 293B of the French General Tax Code
The following additional costs may apply:

Travel

Accommodation
-
Rental Of Specific Equipment
-
Required Special Authorisations
These costs will be specified in the quotation.
Article 4 — Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated:

A Deposit May Be Required Upon Order

The Balance Is Payable Upon Receipt Of The Invoice
Payment may be made by:

Bank Transfer

Or Any Other Method Agreed Between The Parties
In the event of late payment, penalties may be applied in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 5 — Performance of the Service
Fox Vision Studio undertakes to use all necessary technical and human resources to ensure the proper performance of the service.
However, certain conditions may affect the performance of the service:

Administrative Authorisations
The photographer cannot be held liable for limitations resulting from these factors.
Article 6 — Authorisations for Access to Professional Sites
The client guarantees that they have obtained:

The Necessary Authorisations

Internal Approvals
-
Management Approvals
Required to allow photography to take place on site.
Certain areas may be excluded from photography for security or confidentiality reasons.
Article 7 — Delivery of Images
Photographs are delivered:

In Digital Format
-
Via A Secure Private Gallery
-
Or By Electronic Transfer
The delivery timeframe is communicated when the order is placed.
Fox Vision Studio retains full artistic discretion regarding the selection of images delivered.
Article 8 — Intellectual Property
In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code:
The photographs produced remain the exclusive property of Fox Vision Studio.
Only the usage rights defined in the quotation are granted to the client.
Any use not initially provided for shall require an additional agreement.
Article 9 — Image Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the client is granted the right to use the images for communication purposes:

Internal

Institutional
-
Corporate
-
Digital
Any resale, transfer, or extended commercial use requires prior written authorisation.
Article 10 — Image Rights of Photographed Persons
The client guarantees that they have obtained the necessary authorisations from the persons photographed for the intended use of the images and authorises Fox Vision Studio to use certain photographs for professional communication purposes, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Article 11 — Technical and Operational Environments
Photography carried out in specialised technical or professional environments remains subject to:

Operational Restrictions

Confidentiality Obligations
Certain visual information may be intentionally limited or adapted.
Article 12 — Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the client:

Any Deposit Paid Shall Be Retained Unless Otherwise Agreed
In the event of a major impediment: A new date may be proposed.
Article 13 — Liability
Fox Vision Studio cannot be held liable for:

Unforeseen Access Restrictions

On-Site Operational Constraints
-
Safety Conditions Imposed By The Site Of Intervention

Events Beyond Its Control
Article 14 — Personal Data
The information collected is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the client may exercise their rights to access, modify, or delete their personal data.
Article 15 — Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.
